If your contract has already been accepted by HUD and you now need to cancel it please let HUD and KMM know as soon as possible.

You can follow the link below to find a copy of the appropriate Contract Release & Earnest Money Refund Request Form that needs to be filled out and submitted:

The form needs to be signed by the purchaser(s) and selling broker and then sent by email to KMM.
