The Buyer Select Closing Agent program allows the buyer of a HUD home to choose the Title Company they want to use for settlement.

The BUYER SELECT CLOSING AGENT (BSCA) Form that is required to be filled out and submitted with all HUD contract packages MUST BE SIGNED by that chosen Title Company.
