No more running around or frantic overnighting! HUD has agreed to ease up its requirements and will now accept electronic signatures for certain documents along with emailed contract submissions. There are still very specific stipulations that need to be followed if you intend on using digital signatures and submitting your HUD contract electronically so make sure to contact us if you have any questions!
